The silence from Wired Twearp, the cowboy plumber from Have-it & Snatch, is deafening. 4 taps later and he reckons, depending on which of our CNW contacts he's speaking to, that the tube train in the lounge is caused either by a faulty tap (what, still??), is meant to sound like that, is a manufacturing fault or is our fault for choosing that style (but we didn't......he did). There's still the problem of the uber-stiff shower tap over the bath and now our shower is leaking underneath the side panel; on closer inspection it's now obvious that there was over half an inch gap between the panel and the tray that's been botched with clear sealant that's now coming away. This is in addition to managing to flood the barn......twice..... and he still hasn't the decency or the professionalism to put things right. Y'all steer clear of the cowboy plumbers from Bolton, ya hear. (Cow)Boy do I have a gripe!!
Happy thoughts, think happy thoughts.....puppies! They are divine. Look at them......Holly's just so pretty and Morris is such a huge character. They had their second shots yesterday and a clean bill of health from the vets. We'll be going out for walkies in just a few days time.
TomTom's home tomorrow for his birthday weekend. Believe it or not it's his first time home since the barn's been (almost) finished and the first time he's met the pups.
The Fifster's still in the poorly bed. Drugs are helping but she's still a long way from the Fif we know and love. Get well soon Babitt, we miss you!
The trials and tribulations of the renovations of barn and brain in rural Cheshire.....
