Is it a bird? Is it a plane?

No, it's Superfif in the (virtual) shower!

Fiona tried out the planned shower area for size this weekend. After a quick sluice she declared the location fit for purpose.

We returned from a trip 'darn sarf'. to find nearly all the window frames in (no glass yet) and A Shirl's door frame fitted (no door yet - that's propped up in our dining room). Our bedroom's in the process of being insulated, ready for boarding out and plastering. There's also a lot of rather neat plastering gone on in A Shirl's. Not sure what she's paying the builders, but we're in danger of being left behind! Dad's going to have to put up with us a bit longer......

We went South because I had a meeting at my work and Fiona had lots of meetings at her work. We stayed at Faye's who took us out to her regular haunt, the Barn Club, where we enjoyed the local Bottom pastimes of pool and darts (from which I was banned due to excessive poor co-ordination leading to random dart throwing).

Also this week I have mostly been sowing seeds. Tomatoes (just the five varieties), leeks, lettuce, cabbage (two varieties) and, of course, broccolflower. Dad's rotovated the vegetable plot ready for he and Tom to fence out the pesky rabbits whilst we are on our CRUISE...only two weeks to go and we can't wait.

Just been reading Hannah's blog - she's writ a few posts now so check it out, she's good! There's a link over there to your right.
