At last! Been able to get logged on to the blog. It's been impossible to access for some reason best known to ether-world. Anyway, a very quick update here, fuller account and pictures at the weekend (everything takes aeons to upload and account time disappears like a rat up a drain) - we've roamed in Rome, meandered in Monte, pottered around Pisa, eulogised in Elba (it's absolutely beautiful), cruised by Corsica (power failure onboard), gyppy in Gib (Fifi Babitt with D&V) and were 'bandoned in Barcelona and still waiting for an apology a week later.........it's been all go on board the good ship Oceana which might not have too long remaining on the high seas.......We were due to meet Jo and Jo this morning in Gib but Fiona was bunk-bound and I had to dash back on board with special pink medicine. Sorry Jox2 - see you soon hopefully.
